Burra Subdivision Stages 1, 2 & 3

The construction of a 29 lot rural subdivision (300 hectares) at the historic Burra Station Homestead

Dates: January 2002 - November 2005

Projects elements included: bulk earthworks, pavement construction, 13 megalitre dam, reticulated irrigation, sormwater pipes, dam/bore pumps and controls, electrical and communications conduiting and landscaping.

The site presented particular envionmental & erosion issues that had tp be addressed. the natural soil material on site was highly susceptible to erosion, which dictated that both temporary & permanent erosion control measures above & beyond the design were necessary.
